Following entry of each female victim into our Institution, we arrange social workers and counselors to help them get used to living with groups. Social workers will complete the case evaluation report within approximately one month after accepting the case so that the counselor may use the report as the basis to draft the follow up counseling plan. Each student has a counselor for the student’s immediate needs and provides relevant consultation and counseling such as self confidence, inter-personal relationship, career planning, gender relationship, parent-child communications, etc. Group counseling is provided once a week to help students clarify their values and effectively handle psychological and living disturbing issues of students. The counseling methodology and methods adopted are different based on each different type of issue of the student and the best counseling strategy is chosen to proceed with consultation.
